sky max hub not connecting in rear bedroom
just upgraded to the sky max hub from the old sky broadband and we are now struggling to get any wifi or any thing to connect in our rear bedroom when before with the old hub we had a full strong connection annoying thing is we have now sent the old broadband router back to sky any one got any ideas on what to do ?

@Libby090294 You would probably need to add a booster. Sky offer these free if you have the Broadband boost or Sky Max addon

is there a link i can use to order this or is this done through a sky customer service ? bit annoying when the new hub is surposibly a better hub and now is lacking wifi in rear bedroom and i have a angry 11 year old 😂

@Libby090294 you should be able to order WiFi Max via the My Sky app but you would still havecto calll Sky to get a pod extender sent out.
