WiFi connected without internet

Hi my devices are connected, but they say without Internet. The hub has all 3 lights suggesting it does have Internet. Please advise.

I've had exactly the same since yesterday. I'd gone through all the checks theb told to book an engineer. This was theb cancelled stating there's an outage in my area which should be resolved within 24 hours but it's still not working

Me too, the Wi-Fi has been connected without internet since yesterday. Can you advise what I should do? I have done everything they have said, unplugging and plugging it in again, but it's still the same. Please advise.

@Pi5 & @Lilhan & @Keniz Is the internet light on your router or is it only power and Wi-fi and an orange light on the voice?

That is the issue I am having on my box, I have not found a solution yet
