No internet connection

I got sky fibre installed yesterday but can't connect to the apps on tv my 5 stv player ect

@Maggieme16 Have you managed to connect the TV to the sky Hub, and which hub did you get! See the link if you are not sure. Also about connecting devices as the second link from the sky help menu.
