WiFi completely turned off. Not discoverable
The WiFi had just completely gone down. There's no lights on, nothing. Everything's gone off. The electric is working fine.

Presumably this is the broadband that is down? Firstly, unplug the hub for 10 minutes and then reboot. Do check the socket itself is working.
Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily if no success with the above, you can also use the MySky app.
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start (do run all tests)
If the app finds a fault you should be able to report it from there.
