WiFi can’t sustain tv
Hi
Since moving to my new WiFi set up, I am unable to watch tv on Sky stream if my daughter is watching her Sky glass tv. I've been with Sky for many years and have never had this problem before. I don't know what is going on.

Re: WiFi can’t sustain tv
@Nadine211 if your internet connection is of the older partial fibre type you can hit issues as watching in UHD on a Glass TV requires around 25Mb/s bandwidth the same applies to your Stream puck so unless your connection is faster than 50Mb/s you will hit issues. .Given the speed of your connection depends on the length of your phone line and is essentially therfore fixed the easiest work round is to agree to watch in HD quality when wanting to view at the same time as that drops the bandwidth to 10Mb/s for each unit.
As and when connections are upgraded to full fibre then bandwidth usually disapears.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
