Is anyone’s broadband down in the Twickenham area?
Broadband has been down for the hour since I have been home and haven't been able to rectify the issue. Is anyone else having issues in the Twickenham area?

@LaurenN1988 If you haven’t done it yet use this link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby. https://www.sky.com/servicechecker This should determine if there's an identified fault, perhaps affecting multiple households.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
Its worth adding that for customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any extra or quicker support.

Thanks Daniel, sadly tried all those and still no luck, was just wondering if it's an issue my end of if anyone else in the area was having issues like that last time it happened.

What was the result of the line test or the broadband test ?

Currently down in the Southall area as well no internet light on router and voice light orange! Tried all ideas from sky help and still nothing but MySky app says it's all connected and fine?
