WiFi calling dropping off

Hello 

Just switched to Sky Broadband, really happy with the speeds but noticed the WiFi calling keeps dropping on off.

I have seen that this problem has been fixed but sadly it hasn't.

My phone has WiFi calling switched on and will definitely not work if in the same room as the router.
