WiFi broadband

Hi there paying for super fast WiFi and it's really slow keeps disconnecting on phone or not showing up in settings

Has this been since day 1 or a new issues, if its a new issue might be worth restarting the router and any boosters by turning them off for 30 seconds and back on. turn on router first.
