WiFi / broadband not working
Living in Sourh Lincolnshire and the broadband WiFi is not working there is Chatter on the local social media pages stating it's also with other networks, could the problem be clarified.

@Keith149 Why not run the service checker to see if you can clarify the condition. You can do so over mobile.

Service checker id currently useless as there is a connection but it's so slow it's almost non existent. Because it exists though the service checker is feeding back there's no issue.
It refuses to check the speed itself - really not helpful.

Complete agree with DE32 service checker is not working. Trying on 5G but no joy

The service checker only looks for outages in you area so if you can try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
