WiFi booster query with One Utility

I had Sky broadband installed on Monday and it's not working in the top floor of the house. My contract is via Fused/One Utility and I was told I needed to contact Sky to arrange for a booster to be sent out.
Sky told me they'd already sent boosters to One Utility for such contracts and to contact them. One Utility say it's Sky.
Asked twice for a callback from Sky - still waiting. Any help with how I get a booster

@Nin90 if your contract is with One Utility it would be their job to sort this confusion. To get boosters from Sky you need a contract with them directly including the Sky WiFi Max add-on.
