WiFi been dropping for days

My WiFi has been dropping very often for the 4th days now. It is affecting my work as well as just wanting to use this in the free time. Every time I check the app for the connection it says it is working and fine but it isn't. 
I don't know what to do about this and need assistance urgently as it is getting ridiculous now.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
