Hi our security alarm and Sonos speaker regularly drop out at the rear of the house. Think the steel beams may have something to do with it. Believe we need another WiFi extender. Many thanks Ben

Sky only provide boosters/exrenders to customers who are buying an add-on like WiFi Max or Broadband Boost. Then they will provideca unit if WiFi speeds are lower than 3Mb/s in any room in your home if you buy Boost, this rises to 10Mb/s for WiFi Max if you are on Superfast or 25Mb/s for Ultrafast customers. Extenders or Boosters need a good signal to connect so placectgem hallfway between where tge hub is and where you need the boost.

I have the super fast package. Do I need to upgrade to get another booster?

Ultrafast doesn't get you boosters: as @Chrisee indicates, those require the Broadband Boost or WiFi Max add-ons.
If Ultrafast is available at your address you'll see it listed on the Sky website if you log in there.

They facilitate loan of booster hardware.
Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
