WiFi around house has all of a sudden dropped

We pay for the super fast broadband 500MB, we have sky glass, various iPhones and tablets connected. For some reason all of our other small devices like smart plugs, blink, WiFi lights have stopped working through no connection. We had the same amount of things running from this broadband since August 24' but last night they just decided not to work. We pay a substantial amount for this broadband and are not happy with having to pay for extra booster etc. is there a problem that will be resolved or do I need to escalate this?
