WiFi anomaly

Previously my ex-partner lived with me and had a broadband package with sky. This was cancelled when she left a few weeks ago and I took out a new package with sky.

Since setting up my broadband with the new router, the old Sky Broadband WiFi is still being used on the new router.

How do I change it so that it uses the new details and the ones that are printed on the router?

 The one on the left is being used (which is the old package) and the new one is the one on the right which is also printed on the router
