WiFi and broadband disconnecting same time every night

My broadband and WiFi are disconnecting every night and I've had three engineers round with no joy. I refuse to pay extra for fibre as I pay enough for a service that doesn't work. I am sick of running up and down stairs pressing wps buttons

@Julesmum What time does the connection drop and do you have Sky Q boxes?
