Is it normal to be waiting that long for the wifi to be installed? I work from home, but obviously now I can't, and we ordered a Glass TV which we also now can't use for 4 weeks. Seems like a ridiculously long time for installation. The previous owners had Sky installed, so I don't understand why we can't use their wifi set up between now and September.

@Natttt the normal leadtime is 2 weeks but 4 weeks is not unusual if installing a new fibre line and extra work is required which is what the site @cookiemonsteruk mentions should show.
