WiFi and broadband checked several times still not working

I've run multiple tests on my internet and it appears to be an issue. When I log into my personal account it recognises that there is an issue with the broadband connection however when I run diagnostics it reports both broadband and WiFi look good even though I have none. I need this for tomorrow as I'm working from home.

@KK_78 What do you see with the hub lights.

Internet light is off. Power and WiFi are on

@KK_78 That indicates there is NO Internet connection, the light is correct, the app is wrong! If you need Internet for working at home you may be able to tether your mobile to keep you going, or just go find somewhere else that will give you internet access!

Yes that's obvious. How do I solve for this as I said in initial thread I've tried everything

@KK_78 Customer service is open from 8.00am tomorrow morning, so call them then!

@JimM1 do not comment on my posts. I find you unhelpful and patronising. And I'm sure so do many others on here.
