WiFi dropped off again SkyGlass fails as a result whole set up not fit for purpose fed up constantly resetting both, I wish to have both services removed without penalty

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Craig.moore Have you reported the issue to Sky before? If you have, what did they do to rectify it? If you haven't, then it's highly unlikely they will allow you to cancel without penalty while still in a minimum-term contract.
