WiFi and Phone Dropping Intermittently

My Wi-Fi and phone (VOIP) keep dropping and it's nailing my WFH. I've run all the tests and it comes back with a fault at the hub; I have changed the channels, reset, updated all connected devices etc etc, to no avail. I need this resolved ASAP.

@DHDaley you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Forum members who are customers like yourself can probably help but will need some information.

 

What colour is your hub? What happens to the LEDs on the hub when you lose connectivity (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start)? When you refer to VOIP is this a third party solution or the Sky voice line? Ideally if you have a black Sky hub please include you hub's connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
