My WiFi is currently not strong enough to hold a Teams call with both picture and sound
My WiFi bandwidth doesn't currently seem sufficient to hold a Teams call with both picture and sound. If I switch off the camera, the voice function is ok.
Having the ability to have a full Teams call is critical to my business

Sounds like you need to consider switching to a specific business broadband package. Sky broadband discussed here is purely for domestic set ups.
