I was told my WiFi would be activated yesterday and I would receive a text when it had been activated, but I've had no contact from Sky so don't know whether I can use my WiFi or not yet.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@FH7 read the leaflet that came with your Sky hub plug it in and it should connect in a few minutes. For futurereference you can connectva hub in advance of activation it will do no harm but it simply wont connect until the line has been switched over to Sky.
