WiFi Max device list, missing item

I had heard in advance of the problems with ring doorbells and the connections of the max hub so avoided that with the same ssid

I have so many devices coming and going on my list on the MySky app, its crazy. You'd think it was an open network in Maccy D's!

I'd also like to know why an item that is no more than 30cm away from the hub, has connected to a max pod some 20mtrs away!

The hubs are quite unsteady when stood arent they!

That they are I am tempted to blue tac or command strip it to the floor but my cats would see that as a challenge lol

Perhaps stick them to the floor? 🤣

I'm going to compare my 192.168.0.1 connected devices to the ones on the app tomorrow.

Have you ever logged in that way?

I have Sky fibre & Max hub with a Sky Q box connected by Ethernet, see attached screenshot of hub connections on the Web gateway.

Strangely, both the bottom two in the list are the Sky Q box and obviously only have one (and no minis) so no idea why it comes up twice.

So, I have just performed this check - and I can confirm all devices that are on both gateway log in and app match.  There are more on the gateway that I am unable to identify.

Also devices connected to the Pod are in the disconnected/offline list.

I still have no idea where my sky box is, as still on wifi, it hasnt shown up on the app, but it is on the list of the offline devices on the Router by IP check.  MAC however does not match those in the status page of the Q box.
