Yes i have been having the same problem. Always seems to happen for me between 4pm and 6pm looks like it could be an outage problem. I have changed my router because i was experiencing the problem and now with my Sky Max router i am still getting the same problem. Installed a Sky booster but no better definitely a internet dropping off.
Looks like a waste of time with the engineers because i have also had two engineers out to sort the problem . Waiting on the third engineer to reoport back seems to be a waste of time
