Honestly, for three days my WiFi keeps dropping out. I go through the whole set up rigmarole, get cramp in my fingers and hand pressing this button on my router for so long. Turn everything off at the switch then do the whole thing again and then have to go and then connect the extra box . But apparently no known issues and my phone app says no problem! SORT IT OUT SKY.

Have you spoken to Sky if resetting the system isn't working. You can often diagnose the issue your self using this troubleshooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
