My phone and tablet both show no Internet. I've run Sky checks twice and each time no errors have been detected

@KathrynSky you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum by default the initial result youbsee in the service checker is from the last routine test clicking to run the broadband test should show more up to date information. Loss of connection between midnightvsnd 5am is often down to maintenance work.

If the lights on the hub (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) show it has lost connection and the test is not telling you Sky are aware of a fault give them a ring when their lines open.
