WiFi Extender

Some parts of my house do not receive a WiFi signal. I ordered an extender with my package, but Sky did not send one. How do I get one?

The only way to order these (Sky calls them a pod) is by speaking to Sky if you have the £6 per month Wifi Max package on your account as you can then have at most 3 of these. The first is self install but a second or third can only be installed by an engineer.
