Hello

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to seek assistance with a WiFi connectivity issue I am experiencing.Although my devices show a green light indicating they are connected to the router, I am unable to access the internet through any browser or app that requires WiFi. Upon attempting to open these applications, I receive an error message indicating no internet connection.I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know what steps I can take to troubleshoot as I reset the router and devices multiple times already or if there are any settings that need adjustment.
