Main Sky Q box is plugged in via Ethernet cable via Sky Router.
Started playing up and now I have no internet connection to the box, says that No IP address obtained.
Ive checked all the cables, rebooted router but still not working.
WiFi for 2.4 & 5.0 is turned off in the settings on the box.
Any ideas how to fix?
