Hi there, our wifi isn't working. We have followed all of the steps but this hasn't resolved the issue. Sky mentions that there aren't any issues in the area, however our wifi connection was lost just before 9am. Please could you assist? Thanks

Find out more@MikeMcC28 Could you please follow the link below and pick the router you have to what lights on your router are on or off and what colour they are to see if it gives you a direction to what the fault could be and the help you will need to get.
