Wi fi

Since my new broadband connection recently my wi fi has deteriorated, low signal and drops out occasionally, I recieve a much stronger signal from my next door neighbour's wi fi who is also a sky customer?

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

@Baz19541 thst implies your hub is in a poor position. Ideally the hub needs to be in a reasonably central location in the open on a surface so its signal is not compromised by obstructions like radiators. After that you may need WiFi extenders which can be supplied by Sky if you pay forvtheir WiFi Max bundle.
