As they are by definition on the outside wall of a property the WiFi signal has to pass through a double thickness external wall which inevitably reduces thecsignal strength. Ideally you want a WiFi extenders which near a window overlooking the door. Sky will provide an extender if you buy their WiFi Max add-on and ask for one.
