Wi fi

I've got 150 max broadband and I loose wi fi connection on my gadgets soon as I step out in my back garden....

 

with my last broadband I could get this at the bottom of my garden...

 

can you explain this and resolve this cause it's not on that I can't get the full services from what's ment to be your best broadband....

Sky doesn't claim to offer WiFi in external spaces.  The various 'WiFi Guarantees' (which aren't really any such thing) specifically exclude such locations.
