We recently upgraded our wi-fi to the highest speed and there is no difference and it is still very slow. So slow in fact we still use 4G in the house instead.
i need some help/solution please and can't seem to contact anyone?

@ChrisJR1988 When you upgraded your broadband package did Sky change out the hardware you had been given for your broadband or is this the same router?
