Wi-fi problem

We have had an issue with our wi-fi over the last month approximately. The signal drops out many times a day on most days. We have tried all the usual remedies, ie, re-booting and followed all the steps on your help pages, which has lead me to this discussion page.

Can you help please? My concern is that it may be a hardware problem.
