I have received the modem today, I set it up and Everything was working well on all devices, now all of a sudden none of the devices can detect the Wi-Fi and it doesn't work anymore.
I run your online checks and it says it works and everything is fine but it doesn't work at all. Very annoying. Can someone help?

They are partly lit, the power is green, voice is amber, internet is amber flashing or fixed, wi-fi is off.
The modem also keeps turning off, the power went red and then turned green again.
everyhting was working perfectly and now nothing work, I need to work tomorrow and I need internet, which I am paying for

Thank you for that, I switched it off for the entire night and switched it off this morning, still not working, it keeps turning off (power Goes red) and in any case when on and when devices
detect the Wi-Fi they do not connect

Is there a contact for customer service? Clearly they are terrible but surely they must have a customer service? I looked for it everywhere and nothing

@Aysha89 Its not an easy number to find. See if this is still working.
To Contact SKY by telephone
Call 150 from your landline and stay on line via voice prompt's
If not an option then sign into your MySky account.
Click on Help top off screen
Scroll down page until you see Need more help?
Scroll down further and you will find the contact number to call.....
