No Internet connection

Hoping someone can help - our WiFi has been inconsistently dropping for almost a week but has been especially terrible since Monday. We are unable to access any of the apps on the Sky Q box and when we go to reconnect it to the Internet using the WPS button on the router, it fails every time. The WiFi itself works on my phone - sometimes... - but on no other device, which is extremely frustrating as someone who works from home. Any suggestions? TIA.
