If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Re: Wi fi network signal is very weak upstairs
It says that you can't get Skymax with Gigafast. We have a Gigafast contract.
Can I just get some extender pods?
Justs switched over from BT and It's very disappointing not to be up and running, throughout the house, 9 days into the contract.
Is there a 14 day cooling off period?

Re: Wi fi network signal is very weak upstairs
@Sean-63 you should be able to order wifi max with an Openreach gigafast connection but there can be issues with the very new service using CityFibre lines which we are told will be sorted soon. However while the Sky solution isnt bad there are better solutions available from third party manufacturers. If you want high speed wifi through out a property buying a system with multiple units like TP-Link's Deco or similar which can be simply configured as access points connected by ethernet to the Sky hub replacing the hub's wifi which is simply turned off.
Alternatively if you dont need the land line you can replacectge Sky hub totally and connect a new system acting as a router in this case Asus is a good brand as their systems play nicely with Sky connections.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Wi fi network signal is very weak upstairs
@Sean-63 I agree with @Chrisee suggestion of buying & installing your own network equipment.
When I joined Aquiss, they let it be known that the customer had to install their own network system.
So glad I did... I have installed a system that covers my 3 storey house, detached garage and garden.
Works a treat with up to 60 connected devices which includes a live nest box camera, a live under water pond camera, security cameras, and much more besides.
My spouse doesn't know how it works but I resort to 2 things if it goes wrong (1) switch off/on (2) I remotely reset system from Asus app.
Now TV Sports + Entertainment + Cinema + Ultra Boost @ £34 pm (till April 2026)
1000/115 FTTP (Aquiss) to Zyxel DX3301
3 x Asus XT9s + + RT-AC58U V3 for WiFi (AP mode)
65" Samsung S92C OLED TV
C430 Samsung soundbar with subwoofer
6 other streaming TVs
43+ network connected devices
