@Tfont  I'm not sure what you want fellow customers to do or advise as Sky are already aware.

Have you chased them up?  Raised a complaint?  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-customer-complaints-code-of-practice/

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

There used to be a company based in Hertfordshire that carried out all sky repairs. They had guys all over uk.

I worked for them, not sky.

They would get complaint and send it out to whichever area it was.

I know the main guy Andy retired to Spain.

Dunno if it's still going, I think Sky took the repairs on in-house.

The company was called N A Carpentry

@Tfont if you haven't already done so make a formal complaint see How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com

The issue is likely to be caused by the fact the installation of new fibre lines is Openreach's respomsibility not Sky's but the complaint system requires an answer within 8 weeks when you can take the issue to independent arbitration.its worth getting an estimate for the repair.
