Wi-fi issue
Hello,
My sky puck is on floor 2 and my router is on the ground floor. I have a sky booster on floor 1. This worked well until about a month ago.
Recently the puck has struggled to get connection. It also does not switch on for a while and is unresponsive.
I think I might need an extra sky booster and or a new puck.
With Xmas almost here I am anxious to get this resolved ASAP.

@MD52 The Forum is not sky Customer Service, you would need to call sky and have them issue what they think is best way to go with your request, bad pod then the puck will not get a signal, but if other devices are working for you in the puck location that can rule out the pod.
Either way call sky on your landline dial 150 and NO if it tries to direct you to the Forum!
