Wi Fi Problems

When I go on the checker it tells me there are no issues. However I am constanly losing wi fi connection to the q box. For example today it has faied o connect all afternoon yet the checkers tells me there are no issues.

The service checker looks for outages in you area so will not show if there is something amiss in your property.

Do your other devices like phones and the like have any connection issues ?

Thanks for your help. It is variable, sometime I can't get phones or my computer and other times the computer and phones are ok but the q box isnt on line. Sometimes it seems to flicker in and out so that for a few seconds it is connected then its not for a while then its on again etc. This morning it seems to be working ok but it is anyones guess how long for!!
