Wi-fi dropping
Watching SKY sports live & the picture freezes & drops out constantly - have recently updated to the Sky full fibre, had an engineer out when they installed a second broadband router to boost the signal made diddly squat difference & the tag line of great wi-fi in every room is way short of the truth ! Any suggestions as really getting fed up with this?

@AndrewS11 hopefully the engineer installed a wifi extender rather than a second router. If you have an add on packagecsounds like you need further help from Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Hi @AndrewS11
An invite was sent but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.
If you still need help with this please let us know by posting on the forum again and we will get it escalated through to us.
