Wi fi dropping out

Good morning my wi fi has been dropping out randomly for the last 3 days , turned on and off etc, bbc I player keeps buffering , it's getting annoying now. Any suggestions? Thanks

Yes that is correct. It looks like your line is dropping and your speed has been limited due to a fault on the line. Its a good job you have an engineer booked as that is whats required to resolve your issue.
