Wi fi connection

Centre light on modem is orange and no WiFi...have tried box reboot and also disconnection of power reboot still got orange light in centre ????

This explains the lights on the hubs:

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@hooch1R If you have the three light hub from sky the orange middle light, the internet is down, could be home, local, area wide, just about anything, try the service checker to see if you can get any information from that. Link is below.

Problem sorted out of date old router gave up the ghost .new one on its way...

@hooch1R If indeed you had/have the old skyQ hub, then was due to be replaced so do expect to get the newer Sky Broadband Hub in its place as the replacement. See the link below about the hubs.
