@Annalisascott The public forum that you have posted on, you are not talking to sky so not anything going to happen, you need to call sky to see what and if they can do anything with your request to post to a different address. Hubs are also sent and dispatched a few day's before the activation date, and within a time frame so NO idea why the Engineer is needed or doing, as you are running it as a business will there be anyone else available to accept the post at that time in the property?
