I have a Sky router that guarantees connection in every room but doesn't work in the conservatory. Virtual assistant can't understand my query. Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RedkneckIf you have broadband boost then give Sky a call on your landline on 150. Stick through the prompts to speak to an advisor. Ask them to send you out a booster to help with the signal.
