Wi-Fi

The signal/connection is so bad that even trying to watch a film on 2 tvs is impossible. Both rooms the movies buffer

What is your  broadband speed, are you  watching  on sky q sky stream or sky glass tv, to find out what speed you are getting  to each device  open the Netflix  app go to get help click  on  that, and go to check  my network  connection run that and that will tell the speed that each device  that has it on is receiving, you may need a  wifi booster,or you may need to upgrade  your  broadband to a faster  speed

@CamG Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
