Connection
I am unable to connect my mobile device and use social like Snapchat WhatsApp etc and only have web browser connection

@Leah66 Have you just joined Sky or has this just happened out of the blue on Wi-Fi connection?

Well I've just paid my first bill since joint now and sky broadband and this has only started from early hours of the morning about 8am

@Leah66 Can you login to your account and go to broadband and talk, scroll down to broadband shield and if it is on the default setting of PG-13 can you change it to 18+ and apply the changes to see if this helps?
