I have a Sky broadband router and some Belkin Wi-Fi extenders/boosters in two other rooms (one upstairs and one in the kitchen). This has been my set up for at least 2 years and my Wi-Fi connection and speed has always been good. Yesterday we had to have the power off for some electrical work in the house. When the power came back my devices now have very poor connection and low speed (I assume) to the main router even if I am next to the router. My devices used to be connected to the main router/hub as a default and worked fine. Now I need to connect to the Wi-Fi booster in the upstairs room to use Wi-Fi and the connection is good. I have tried powering off the router and restarting and also resetting the router. Nothing has helped. Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried unplugging your extenders, then holding the reset button on the rear of your Sky hub for 30 seconds and then testing it?

I tried everthing. Called Sky in the end and they said router was faulty. Sent me a new router. Set it up today and all is now good.
Thanks for your help though.
