Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working
My internet has suddenly stopped working part way through a Teams call. LOS light is red and PON light is off.

Unfortunately that would be an external optical failure, which needs logging with Sky for investigation by the network maintainer (Openreach in the UK, OpenEir in RoI)

Run the line test on the My Sky app, it should pickup the fault.
If not dial 150 from your Sky Landline or the 03 number at the bottom of https://sky.com/help under the 'need more help?' banner
