Wi-Fi router
The wire that plugs into the Wi-Fi router and plugs into the wall has blown up and snapped in half and now we are left with no Wi-Fi.

@JoleneCanavan That would be a serious problem if it has blown up, as it is not a high voltage or high current cable and it is just not like it to happen so be extremely cautious!!!!
Call sky and report a fault but fairly sure they will replace both the PSU and the sky Hub at the same time!
Take a look at the link below and say what hub you see from the pictures is yours!
